Article 1 (Members)
1. A "member" is an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures established by our company and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. These Terms and Conditions apply to all members and must be observed during and after the registration process.
Article 2 (Registration)

Article 3 (Changes)

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Compensation)

2. If a member commits any of the following acts, the member will be liable to compensate the Company for any damages incurred as a result:

(2) Interfering with the Company's business by accessing this website and falsifying information or transmitting harmful computer programs to this website
(3) Infringing the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company
(4) Other acts violating these Terms of Use
Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Members due to their violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 11 (Amendment of these Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms at its discretion and may also establish supplementary terms (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms"). Amendments or supplementary terms shall take effect upon posting the revised Terms or Supplementary Terms on the Company's designated website. In such cases, Members shall comply with the revised Terms and Supplementary Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute regarding these Terms, the district court with jurisdiction over the Company's head office location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
